Jean d'Estrees created his eponymous brand in Paris in 1950.

HISTORY
As Edith Piaf's partner from the outset, Jean Estrées' talents were also in demand in the film industry, both in Europe, for Michèle Morgan and Claudia Cardinale, and in Hollywood. He brouht out Lauren Bacall's beauty, invented Bette Davis' pout and, inspired by Rita Hayworth, created matching lipsticks and nail varnishes. Although they were initially reserved for an elite clientele, the beauty secrets of the world's most beautiful women were soon to be revealed to the general public.
THE CHOICE OF THE INSTITUTE
Early 1970, the brand, developed its know-how and a large network of beauty salons. The brand specialists created high-performance specialty treatment routines.
CARE SYNERGESSENCE
The creation of "Synergessence", a beauty treatment that combines solutions and masks, revolutionized practises in the beauty industry.

Jean Estrées has been a global non-perfume cosmetics brand since the early 2000's, thanks to the impetus provided by its new owner. Since the launch of the So nature brand in 2006, the company now offers organic or natural product ranges, for body and face.
